Comment:
Sprayed Roundup Ultra, for burndown of weeds, on treatment 2, all replications. Roundup (glyphosate) was applied at 2 qts/A (4.64 L/ha) and AMS (ammonium sulfate) was applied at 17 lbs/100 gals of water. A total of 10 gals of Roundup and 50 lbs of AMS were used on 14.82 acres (6 hectares). Time of application was 7:00-9:00 p.m. Equipment used: Turbo TeeJet 8003 nozzles. Sprayer was traveling 5 mph with 30 psi. We used the JD high-boy spray that is owned by the KBS Dairy.
