Harvested corn from the LTER Main Site N-rate Study (Resource Gradient, Irrigated and non-Irrigated). For each plot two rows of corn (5' wide) were harvested for yield using the Kincaid plot combine. Rainout Shelters were placed on all F7 treatments during the 2026 growing season. Because of this all F7 plots (107, 201, 307, 408, 507, 601, 707, and 808) were shortened to 50'. Moisture content and weight were determined by using the on-board Mirus software. Grab samples of the grain from each plot were not collected this year. Equipment Used: Kincaid plot combine and small grain truck.
