Irrigated corn in the LTER Irrigated Resource Gradient Experiment (Irrigated N-rate Study). Equipment used: Irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System. Amount of water applied: .61 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges). Irrigation system delay setting: 33; Irrigation pressure: 21 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi. Time of application was between 9:50 am - 11:05 am. Weather conditions at 9:50 am. Sunny, 69°F, wind 4 mph (3m high 5 minute average wind speed was 4.65 mph) wind gust ? mph, from the North, relative humidity 77.8%. Weather station did not populate data for Maximum Gust. Weather conditions at 11:00 am. Sunny, 72.2°F, wind 3 mph (3m high 5 minute average wind speed was 2.96 mph), wind gust ? mph, from the North, relative humidity 70.3%.
