Fertilized GLBRC Main Site treatment G1 (1, 4, 2, 3 and 5) with potash (0-0-60) at differing rates based on soil test recommendations. Application rates were as follows: G1R1: 220 lbs/A potash = 130 lbs/A K2O G1R2: 150 lbs/A potash = 90 lbs/A K2O G1R3: 115 lbs/A potash = 115 lbs/A K20 G1R4: 120 lbs/A potash = 70 lbs/A K20 G1R5: 400 lbs/potash =220 lbs/A K20* *(high rate of potash had to be done in two passes of 200 lbs/A, spreader ran out on final pass at East end of plot) Application was done at 4 mph, C2 with 1100-1500 engine RPM. JD Dry Rate Controller CFR was .0155, density of potash was set to 60 lbs/cubic ft (All these settings saved in JD Rate Controller). Gandy air fan was at 15 ounces per square inch.
