Applied Lime to LTER Main Site treatment T3 (Reps 5,4,2,3,1 and 6) with pelletized lime. Lime was applied with a pull type spreader with a 40 ft spreading width. Target application rate was 500 lb per acre. Lime was applied with two passes at 250 lb per acre per pass. Application was done by turning on the edge of plots to ensure nothing was applied to other plots and changing turning direction on the second pass to get even coverage. No lime was applied to prairie strips. Weather conditions 5/6/24 at 1:00 p.m. Temperature: 66.3°F Wind Speed (5 minute at 3m) : 5.75 mph Wind Direction: East Relative Humidity: 36.9%
