Seeded ”Big Ten” Alfalfa, 12 lbs/a (13 kg/ha) [T6] {{PL: Also began planting the alfalfa today and finished two plots: #1-6 and 2-6. Used a 1- foot Tye Series 5 mounted grain drill to plant 'Big 10' Alfalfa from Great Lakes Hybrids at the rate of 12 pounds/acre. No companion crop used and no preplant herbicides used.}}
