Sprayed LTER Main Site Resource Gradient all replications (Irrigated and Non-Irrigated), for post emergence weed control in winter wheat.
Plots sprayed with a tank mix of Ammonium Sulfate at 1 lb/A, Powerflex HL at 2 oz/A, Husky at 13.5 oz/A and Non-ionic surfactant at 0.25% v/v (2 qt/100 gal carrier).
RGE Time of application 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. 24 hour reentry interval.
Weather Conditions were 45.4 degrees F, Humidity was 40.6%, and wind was 6 to 8 mph out of the East.
Equipment used: JD 5220 tractor traveling 5 mph with a pull type Top Air Sprayer equipped with a hydraulic centrifugal sprayer pump and John Deere Rate Controller.
