Planted corn in the LTER Lysimeter field (corn planted south of T2 plot East to west about halfway to the other side) and GLBRC Bait crop (north side planted south 30', South and East sides planted outer 30') Equipment Used: JD 7330 tractor and JD 1730 planter. Corn was planted at 31,000 seeds/acre (avg pop from monitor ). Planting depth: 1.5 inches. Row Spacing: 30 inches. Used old seed corn to plant lysimter and bait crop corn to use up seed.
