Weather conditions: At the start 3:08 p.m. sunny, 60.5 degrees F, humidity 27 %, with 6-8 mph East winds. End of application 4:10 p.m. partly cloudy, 61.3 degrees F, humidity 28.7 %, with 3-5 mph North East winds.
