Biomass sampled inside and outside the unfertilized micro plots(three per location) in the scale up prairie fields at Lux Arbor and Marshal farm. At each of the 3 unfertilized micro plots, one 0.5 X 2 meter quadrat was clipped at ground level, and placed in a bag. A second clip plot was taken about 1 meter outside the unfertilized micro plot. These samples were then dried and weighed.
