Harvest on KBS GLBRC BCSE Site G8 poplar trees. Order of harvest for G8 plots: Rep 4 harvested on March 23, 2018. Reps 1 and 5 harvested on March 26, 2018. Reps 2 and 3 harvested on March 28, 2018. K.J. Kettler, Mickey Trimmer, and Bob Kipp from the Michigan State University Kellogg Forest harvested the G8 poplar tree. Because of slow tree growth (or no tree grow) from the regrowth since the 2014 harvest the micro-plots were never fertilized with N fertilizer. i.e. the trees never reached the growth stage that would have been optimal to apply N fertilizer so we never applied the N fertilizer to the tree micro-plots. Entire plot area was combined in to one plot weight for each plot.
