Harvested corn from the LTER N-rate Study (Non-Irrigated only Fertility Gradient). For each plot two rows of corn were harvested from the middle of each plot (rows 3 and 4 from each plot). Plot weight and moisture content were obtained from the on-board Mirus software by Harvest Master. A sample of grain was collected and bagged from each plot this year. Samples were requested by Bonnie McGill (grad student). Harvested with the Kincaid 8XP plot combine. Doug Reed was the staff member that helped collect samples today.
