Equipment Used: Irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System. 0.89 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges); Irrigation system delay setting: 24%; Irrigation pressure: 21-22 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 1:50 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.; Weather conditions at the start: (1:35 p.m.) mostly sunny, Temperature: 77 degrees F, Relative Humidity: 58%, Dew Point 58 degrees F, Wind: calm - 5 mph (ave. 2 - 4 mph) out of the West, Soil Temp: 96 degrees F, Soil Moisture: 12%. Weather conditions at the end: (3:55 p.m.) partly cloudy, Temperature: 77 degrees F, Relative Humidity: 55%, Dew Point 60 degrees F, Wind: 2 - 8 mph (ave 2 - 6 mph) out of the West, Soil Temp: 92 degrees F, Soil Moisture: 11.9%. 49,730 gallons of water was applied during this irrigation event.
