Equipment Used: Irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System. 0.88 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges); Irrigation system delay setting: 24.5%; Irrigation pressure: 21 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.; Weather conditions at the start: (9:00 a.m.) mostly sunny, Temperature: 60 degrees F, Relative Humidity: 77%, Dew Point 51 degrees F, Wind: 3 - 8 mph (ave. 5 mph) out of the west, Soil Temp: 68 degrees F, Soil Moisture: 11.20%. Weather conditions at the end: (11:15 a.m.) partly cloudy, Temperature: 65 degrees F, Relative Humidity: 57%, Dew Point: 51 degrees F, Wind: 5 - 9 mph (ave. 7 mph) out of the west, Soil Temp: 85 degrees F, Soil Moisture: 11.20%. 46,840 gallons of water was applied during this irrigation event.
