Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, .78 inches of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges). Irrigation pressure: 21 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 8:45 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.; Weather conditions at the start were sunny, 78 degrees F, 77% relative humidity, wind: 9 mph out of the south west. Weather conditions at the end: sunny, 84 degrees F, 65% relative humidity, winds: 2-6 mph out of the south. 48,210 gallons of water was applied at time of irrigation.
