Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, 1.0 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges); Irrigation system delay setting: 21 %; Irrigation pressure: 21 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 1:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.; Weather conditions at the start were overcast, 70 degrees F, 50% relative humidity, wind: 1-4 mph out of the south south west. Weather conditions at the end: overcast, 68 degrees F, 66% relative humidity, winds: 1-3 mph out of the south east. 53070 gallons of water was applied at time of irrigation.
