Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, 1.2 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges); Irrigation system delay setting: 20.5 %; Irrigation pressure: 21 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 9:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.; Weather conditions at the start were sunny, 70 degrees F, 67% relative humidity, wind: 2-4 mph out of the east south east. Weather conditions at the end: sunny, 77 degrees F, 45% relative humidity, winds: 2-4 mph out of the east south east. 56910 gallons of water was applied at time of irrigation.
