Frost seeded red clover in 2015 LTER Biodiversity Study winter wheat plots. Red clover was seeded into treatment B5 (114, 217, 312, 405), B8 (118, 214, 310, 408), B17 (116, 211, 302, 417) for a total of 12 plots all of which had winter wheat planted in November of 2014. Clover was seeded at 12.56 lbs/A with Gandy air seeder with a 15' boom. Seeded at 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. weather conditions at this time were clear and sunny, temperature was 31 degrees F with calm winds.
