Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, .8 inch of water was applied (as measured by six rain gauges); Irrigation system delay setting: 26.5 %; Irrigation pressure: 20 psi; Pressure at the pump: 50 psi; Time of application was between 9:20 - 11:00 a.m.; Weather conditions at the start were mostly cloudy, 60 degrees F, 83% relative humidity, wind: calm out of the West. Weather conditions at the end: Partly sunny, 69 degrees F, 57% relative humidity, winds: calm. 32,850 gallons of water was applied at time of irrigation.
