Applied nitrogen to both N-rate studies. Applied ammonium-nitrate to the corn in the studies. Row cultivated (twice) after the application of the ammonium-nitrate was applied. The reason we cultivated twice was to make sure we incorporated all the fertilizer into the soil. The second time we cultivated we went in the opposite direction of the first cultivation.
