Planted soybeans on the LTER main site treatment 2. Reps 6, 3, 4, and 1 were planted on June 12, 2006 and T2 reps 2 and 5 were planted on June 13, 2006. Planted with JD 7420(a) tractor and JD 1730 planter. Variety planted: NK S20-F8 soybeans. Seeding rate goal: 180,000 seeds per acre. Row spacing: 15 inches. The 2006 NK S20-F8 soybeans had 2,850 seeds per pound. Planting depth: 1”.
