Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, 0.80 inches (2.032 cm) of water was applied (as measured by four rain gauges). Irrigation system delay setting: 26.5%. Time of application was between 9:30-11:10 a.m. Weather conditions at the start: 65 degrees F (18.3 degrees C), 89% relative humidity, winds: calm. Weather conditions at the 11:15 end: 71 degrees F (21.67 degrees C), 44% relative humidity, winds 0-5 mph out of the north-east.
