Irrigated the LTER Irrigated Fertility Gradient Study (N-rate Study). The study was irrigated with the Valley 8000 Linear Irrigation System, 1.0 inches (2.54 cm) of water was applied (as measured by rain gauges). Pressure at the irrigation system: 20 p.s.i., irrigation system delay setting: 20. Pressure at the pump was 50-55 p.s.i. Time of application was between 9:15-11:15 a.m. Weather conditions at the start: sunny, 73 degrees F (22.8 degrees C), 85% relative humidity, winds: calm 0 mph, from NE. weather conditions at the end: sunny, 83 degrees F (28.3 degrees C), relative humidity 85%, winds 0 from N.
