Planted oats into the GLBRC Main Site Treatment G4, canola stubble. Oats, varitey ForagePlus, ”Lot 2-FP-0-FP1TS0, FP2TS0;0D8” was seeded at 90 lbs/A using a John Deere 750 no-till drill at 7.5 inches between row pulled by the John Deere 7420a tractor. The full width of the plots was seeded, extending into the alleys on all four sides of the plot. The canola stubble was left following swathing and harvesting of the canola on 8/4 and 8/12 respectively, and was about 8-12” high.
