Comment:
Sprayed Roundup Power Max and Ammonium Sulfate on fields adjacent to the GLBRC Main Site. Fields which were sprayed were the Soybeans to the north of the ”Brook House”, the center row of the trap crop corn on the east side of the field, the trap crop soybeans on the east side of the field and the trap crop soybeans on the south side of the field. Roundup Power Max (glyphosate [EPA 524-549]) at 22 oz/A and Ammonium Sulfate (CAS 7783-20-2) at 3.4 lbs/A. The spray time was 2:15 - 3:30 p.m. Weather conditions were sunny, 85 degrees F, 77% relative humidity and wind at 0-3 mph from the SE. Applied with the John Deere 5220 tractor pulling a Top Air Sprayer equipped with a hydraulic centrifugal pump and a Raven 440 automatic carrier control unit. Turbo TeeJet 11003 nozzles were used, spaced 15 apart with a total boom length of 30 feet. 20 p.s.i were used and water was used as a carrier at 20 gallons/A
