Comment:
Harvested the LTER Main Site Treatment T6 alfalfa plots. Plots were initially cut on May 28, 2010. On June 1 the alfalfa was tettered. On June 4 it was rewindrowed. At that time it was determined that the nutritional value of the alfalfa was not acceptable so it was chopped into grain trucks and taken off site to be weighed. A sample was taken from each replication to determine the percentage moisture/dry matter.
