Chisel plowed the LTER Main Site Treatment T7 annually tilled 20 meter x 20 meter microplot area, all replications: 6, 5, 1, 3, 2, and 4. Chisel plowed with a deep pass (8”) north to south, followed by a headland pass on the east side, a shallow pass (4-5”) south to north, and a final headland pass on the north side. Chisel plowed with the JD7520 tractor and JD714 chisel plow.
