Baled corn stover from all reps of G1 and G2 in the GLBRC. Baled with JD 7420a tractor and JD 385 round baler. The corn stover was removed in the spring of 2009 because KBS received snow in the fall of 2008 that made removal of corn stover unachievable. To facilitate the maximum amount of corn stover removal the round baler has a flail chopper that can be attached to the front of the baler. We attached the flail chopper to round baler in the spring of 2009.
