{{PL: Planted grass seed in some of the alleyways of the Main Site. Only the east side of the linear field was seeded (reps 1-5). Planted a mix of 45% Kentucky Bluegrass, 45% Creeping Red Fescue and 10% Perennial Ryegrass at a seeding rate of about 65 pounds per acre. The desired rate was about 86 pounds/acre but the drill wouldn’t plant that rate. Because the alleys were rough with ruts from farming activities we lightly disked all areas just prior to planting. A narrow path in each East-West alley was left unplanted at this time for access to the plots.}}
